Description

Equipped with the Nock Integrated Product Return System, this feature begins when the operator places the meat on the infeed conveyor. As the meat moves through the machine, the first slice is cut, and the remaining piece automatically returns to a small surface above the infeed conveyor. This returned piece can then be reapplied to the infeed conveyor, allowing the process to be repeated until there are no remaining pieces to cut. In general, the machine can handle up to four pieces simultaneously.

Safety and convenience are prioritised with a NOCK Easy Flow® safety cover, rear access protection, and the ability to remove the conveyor tool-free. Built with robust stainless steel materials and lockable castors, the Nock Cortex Kebab Machine delivers both durability and ease of use in any commercial kitchen.
