Argus Australia PTY – Instagram Giveaway Terms & Conditions (Australia)

By entering any competition or giveaway promoted by Argus Australia PTY on Instagram or any other social media platform (“Competition”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Promoter

The Promoter of the Competition is Argus Australia PTY.
This Competition is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Meta (Instagram/Facebook) or any other social media platform.
By entering, you release Meta and all other social media channels from any liability arising in connection with the Competition.

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents currently residing in Australia for the duration of the Competition.
Employees of Argus Australia PTY, any prize sponsors, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
Entrants must meet all entry requirements as stated on the relevant Instagram or social media post.

3. Competition Period

The Competition opens when the promotional post is published on Instagram or other social media channels.
The Competition closes on the date and time stated in the corresponding Competition post.
Argus Australia PTY reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Competition at any time without prior notice.

4. Entry Requirements

By entering, you confirm that any individual identifiable in your entry has provided their consent for their image or personal information to be used for Competition purposes.
You warrant that your entry is original and does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property rights.
Argus Australia PTY reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, inappropriate, or does not comply with the entry instructions.

5. Prize & Winner Selection

Winner(s) will be selected at the end of the Competition Period, as outlined in the Competition post.
Winner(s) will receive the prize(s) advertised in the relevant Competition post.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
Argus Australia PTY will attempt to contact winner(s) via Instagram or the platform used to enter.
If a winner cannot be contacted within three (3) business days, Argus Australia PTY reserves the right to redraw the prize.
Argus Australia PTY may contact winners via alternative methods if required.

6. Prize Delivery

Argus Australia PTY is not responsible for any prize that is lost, stolen, damaged, or tampered with after it has been dispatched or is no longer in Argus Australia PTY’s possession.
Winners must provide accurate delivery details. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize.

7. Decisions Are Final

By participating in the Competition, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
All decisions made by Argus Australia PTY regarding eligibility, winner selection, and prize allocation are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. Privacy

Argus Australia PTY may collect personal information (such as name and contact details) solely for the purpose of administering the Competition.
All personal information will be managed in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Participants may request access to, or correction of, their personal information at any time.
